Blackbird Cycling Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Blackbird Cycling wheelset, you will have 7 business days from delivery date to make contact and arrange a return/refund. The wheels must be unused and remain in brand new condition to qualify for a full refund. 

The wheels must be repackaged and returned in original condition and include all accessories. Once the wheels have been returned to Blackbird HQ, they will be examined for any signs of use or damage and should they qualify, a full refund will be provided immediately. A partial refund will be available at our discretion should there be signs of use or damage to the wheelset.
